My Name is Kelly O’Neill and I am very happy to be teaching Prep at Holy Trinity, Sunbury in 2019. I have worked in the education sector for 18 years and come to Holy Trinity from St Fidelis’ Primary School in Moreland where I was a classroom teacher and the Digital Technologies Leader. Along with my Primary Education Degree I have also obtained an Applied Science Degree in Disability Studies.
As a teacher I believe that every child is created with a wealth of unique gifts and talents. I endeavour to foster a love of learning in all children by building on their special gifts and helping them to develop the skills and dispositions they will need to become lifelong learners. I am passionate about teaching and about helping children to develop positive relationships both within the classroom and throughout the wider school community. I love teaching and work hard to ensure that my classroom is an environment where students can love learning, take risks, dream big and reach their full potential.
I am very excited to continue my teaching journey at Holy Trinity. I am looking forward to the unique opportunity of working at a new school, meeting new families and being a part of the Holy Trinity community.
Away from school I love to spend time with my family and friends, travel and go to the footy to watch the mighty Hawks.
