My name is Nicole Pinnone and I am the Business Manager for Holy Trinity Catholic Primary School.
After working at Catholic Education Melbourne, where I learned the value of what the Catholic system does for its schools, I found myself wanting to work directly within a school.
My experience in finance and accounting, coupled with records management and administration, seemed a good balance to be able to make a positive impact in the school system.
The opening of a new school is an exciting time and it’s an opportunity that I am enthusiastically a part of. I feel that it is essential to any business that good processes are implemented and building processes from the ground up was an enticing prospect.
I am a big believer in being proactive and looking for solutions, as well as engaging with the community and building effective and welcoming relationships.
I have spent many years working in Finance and Accounting in the Medical Industry, as well as a brief stint at an AFL club but I have certainly found my time working within Catholic education as the most rewarding.
Away from work my life revolves around my family, with my husband Vincent and our daughter Octavia and when I get the chance, I love to read.
