Holy Trinity Catholic Primary school is a faith community, inspired by the teachings of Jesus. Students are supported to grow and develop spiritually and invited into a relationship with God. They are called to act with love and compassion as active members within the local and wider community working for the good of all.
Through the renewed Religious Education Framework, students are supported in the full flourishing of all learners as spiritual and religious, physical and cognitive, social and emotional beings. The Religious Education curriculum acknowledges the plurality of views and beliefs that exist. It seeks to support learners to explore and find truth and meaning of the world grounded in the Catholic traditions and teachings of Jesus. Learning in Religious Education empowers students to gain:
- Knowledge and Understanding
– seeking truth - Reasoning and Responding
– making meaning - Personal and Communal Engagement
– living story.
